These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Tivoa webshop, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 81986270.

2. Product Information

All swimwear by Tivoa is designed with discrete pockets to safely carry an insulin pump.

It is not allowed to swim while the insulin pump is connected. The pump must be disconnected before swimming and can be reconnected afterward. All standard insulin pumps fit in our swimwear.

The boys' swim shorts include a discrete pocket that is water-resistant but not waterproof. The pocket protects the pump from splashes and sand during play. It is safe to keep the pump connected while playing, but the pump must be disconnected during swimming.

Tivoa is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow these instructions.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through the webshop and must be paid using the available payment methods. Orders are processed and shipped once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Tivoa aims to deliver all orders within 5 business days.
In case of delay, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty and Complaints

If there is a problem with your order or product, you may contact us within 14 days after delivery at:

If the complaint is valid, Tivoa will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Liability – Shipping

Tivoa is not responsible for packages lost by PostNL.
Customers can choose to have their order shipped with tracking and insurance.
If this option is not selected, Tivoa accepts no responsibility for lost packages and no replacement will be sent without payment.

Personal data is processed with care and in accordance with GDPR.

9. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
